When All Other Tattoo Artists Fell Short…

Owner/Artist Faith Wynn has always had a love and passion for making people feel beautiful and confident.


Faith has written 2 book and created two education platforms for body art and permanent makeup.  Vero Beach is home of the corporate office to her tattoo and permanent makeup art education company: Wynn Color Systems.


After a decade of creating and teaching body art, she decided to train in the art of permanent makeup to further help her clients achieve their beauty goals. She trained at the World Beauty Academy in Orlando, FL under Master Phi-long Brow and online webinars under international education leader Paulina Osinkowska.

Tattoos n Dreams' most recent team addition --  Apprentice Makenzie Meikle, has been helping us since the beginning of 2023 and is taking learning both body art and permanent makeup with tenacity and drive.

  • All tattoos are custom drawn designs and generally require a consult although small pre-drawn designs are available upon request. 
  • Our studio is appointment only but...
